Introducing serva technology.

Our company was founded on the idea to provide technology that is an efficient, simple, and clean solution for the parking and handling of cars.  Built upon our experience in architecture, engineering, and logistics, we strove to provide the best solution possible. Our solution solves many of the inherent problems with traditional automated parking systems that have limited its usability in the parking and automotive industries.  The freedom at which our robot operates opens up new possibilities by providing a new tool for building design and urban development as well as enables the automation of car handling at ports and logistics facilities.    

Efficient.

Technology enables efficiency.  Our system increases spatial efficiency by reducing the required amount of space per vehicle.  This is done via the smart parking of cars by size rather than allocating the same parking spot to each and every car.  The resultant increase in efficiency enables up to 60% more cars in the same amount of space compared to traditional parking or a reduction of space required to fulfill their needs.

Simple.

Technology also enables simplicity.  By engineering a system that does not rely on tracks or fixed systems, we are able to deliver a robot that operates on plain concrete deck.  This makes installation easy and quick, provides a perfectly flat drop off point for users, and insures quiet operation.  Our system is reduced to only a multiple of three elements compared to hundreds of elements, producing a system that is simple to understand.

Responsible.

Any technology developed today has to be clean.  Studies show that automated systems reduce emissions by up to 60-80% by shortening parking space searches and distances traveled.  Our robots run on the same lithium-ion batteries as in the latest electric vehicles.  They can be charged via solar and other clean technologies and can be used as a tool for the development of urban green space & public amenities.

Transformable Robots.

Our technology is based upon our patented transformable robot named "Ray."  Ray changes size depending on the car to be transported adjusting both the length and wheelbase of the vehicle.  This is possible with our 3D scanning technology that determines vehicle size and wheelbase of each and every vehicle to be parked.  This allows us to park vehicles by their size optimizing spatial efficiency and vehicle location in the parking system.  The transformability of our robot is the key to the simplicity of our system.

Integration to Systems.

Integration of system can be accomplished on many levels.  Our mobile and web applications that bring convenience and ease of use to users can be modified to the project's specific use case.  Software can be easily integrated with facility management systems in buildings, linked to airport scheduling systems, and transit management software.  On the physical side, our Vehicle Transfer Stations are adaptable to each project allowing us to meet the demands required of its use case.

Reliability in Operation.

Utilizing Automated Guided Vehicles, or AGV's as they are called in the robotic industry, our system uses one of the most reliable technologies that exist today.  Used mainly in manufacturing, AGV's are built and designed to run without fault because any stoppage of work can mean loss in productivity.  This means that our robot Ray works to the same standards.  Built in redundancy in the form of multiple robots per system allows others to take over the work of any robot that with a fault or undergoing regular service and maintenance.

Our systems are designed to be easy to use and fast.  

Simply put, a driver drives into our system and lets the robot do the rest.  Upon return, the driver can use the mobile app to recall the car just in time to pick it up.
